MEATBALL RECIPE:
1 lb 80% organic ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp THRIVE MARKET Organic Italian Seasoning
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg

Mixed well together in a bowl, and roll into 1.5 inch meatballs. Place on a greased, lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
