OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAKFAST BAR:
(WHAT YOU NEED)
2 cups quick oats
2 scoops protein powder (I recommend a whey protein blend)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup almond flour thrivemarket.com/p/thrive-market-almond-flour
1 tsp cinnamon

1 whole egg
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup almond butter thrivemarket.com/p/thrive-market-almond-butter-creamy
stevia or sweetener baking blend, as desired

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips thrivemarket.com/p/thrive-market-organic-dark-chocolate-chips
(or whatever you like!)

(WHAT TO DO)
1-preheat oven to 350F
2-combine all dry ingredients
3-in a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients
4-mix wet and dry ingredients until no dry clumps remain
5-press batter into a greased pan
6-bake for 8-10 minutes – NO LONGER – then let cool for 10-15 minutes. the bars will keep setting as they cool, so don’t worry if they look undercooked at first.
