1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1/4 mug Greek yogurt.
1/4 – 1/2 mug almond milk (soy, hemp, rice or dairy products job as well).

CarrotCake.
1/4 mug carrot, shredded.
1 tablespoon syrup.
2 tablespoon pecan, cut (optional).
1/4 tsp cinnamon.

BlueberryLemon.
1 tablespoon blueberry jam.
1/2 tsp lemon skin.
1/4 tsp vanilla remove.
1/4 mug blueberry.

ChocolateStrawberry.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 tsp cacao powder.
1 tablespoon delicious chocolate, shavings.
1/4 mug strawberries, hulled and also cut.

BananaNut.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 tablespoon all-natural nut butter.
2 tablespoon walnuts, cut (optional).
1/2 banana, cut.

PinaColada.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 tsp coconut, shredded.
1 tablespoon almonds, slivered.
1/4 mug pineapple, diced.
