In Jamaica, turmeric root is becoming popular, it is selling everywhere. From my experience it is good. I cut turmeric roots very fine with garlic and ginger, and I drink it down with water. I do not take pills or tablets.
PLEASE NOTE: TURMERIC IS BLOOD THINNER, So if using to medicate use a piece half the size of your finger, take 3 to 7 days, twice a day. Once in the morning and at night before bed. You will feel better!
