Fitness – Exercise Index: Single leg “speed skater” squats

This is an advanced variation of the Bulgarian Split Squat. Basically, one-and-a-half reps = 1 Rep! To perform a “speed skater” squat, go all the way down, come half way up, go all the way back down, and then all the way up. THAT’S ONE REP!
These are one of the All-Time great exercises to strengthen the VMO!
