it’s fitness friday and i’m here inside of my mini ring socially distanced from everyone else in the class at jab’s gym birmingham i’m here with the founder of jab’s gym fortune professional boxer and also trainer here he’s going to take us through a quick class you can do it at home or if you have one of these punching bags you can do it you can do it at all that’s right so whether you have a punching bag or not this is one of a great workout you can do real quick so we’re going to start off in a boxer stance i want the left hand in front we’re going to keep the hands up we’re going to do a drill we’re going to punch out for 30 seconds you want to throw a 1-2 it’s a jab and a cross non-stop let’s go push so we’re going to push like this for 20 seconds the guy come on 20 seconds left when we get to 10 i want you to go all out give me everything you got come on punch let’s go 10 seconds go up up up up up up up up up up up come on three two now jumping jacks let’s go up come on you guys pump it up pump it up the same thing y’all we got five seconds we’re going into high knees and five four three two high knees let’s go up up up up now you got ten seconds we’re going to change sides right hand in front same thing jab crossing three two one let’s go come on push up what is this you speak of let’s go up up three two one go into a squat so let’s go drop it come on squat down squat down come on come on pump pump pump give me as many as you got come on up three more then hold that squat two one hold that squat let’s go hold it hold it come on get that butt low if you want to try one of fortune’s classes right here in your old mini pod all you have to do is search it’s friday click on detroit.com birmingham schedule come on
