2. (SUPERSET) 4×10 CABLE SQUATS with 4×12 CABLE GLUTE PULL THROUGHS (drop set every set 8 more reps)
3. (SUPERSET) 4×10 DB STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFTS with 4×10 REVERSE LUNGES PER LEG (drop set each set 4 more reps body weight)
4. BURNOUT CIRCUIT (Repeat x3): 8x SQUAT TO LUNGE, 10x BODYWEIGHT SQUATS, 10x IN&OUT JUMP SQUATS
