Learning to run or just want to be a better runner in Melbourne? I’m beginning to upload some video tips for all to see on YouTube. Any runner will know that the feet are sooooo important, you must look after every aspect of your foot. The more k’s (or miles) you do the more likely you are to notice things not quite right so it’s important to see good advise. A couple of years back my physio gave me some tips and here is one of them designed to strengthen the ankle and keep mobile.

When doing these stretches DON”T forget to do the bent/bend knee calf stretch, it really is important as it stretches a deeper calf muscle inside that can not be stretched by straight knee bending. Updated 14/9/2011.
