Hell inflicting Leg Workout on Dieting! | Back Squats | Front Squats| Power Cleans | April 29th 2013
Another video update on my Training. Although nothing very hardcore as far as weights is concerned but I am currently going through a calorie deficit phase, where I am trying to loose some body Fat which still made it a very heavy session!
So just to prove a point(I know I shouldn’t care), but just out of curiosity this is the first time I am going on a dieting, just to see how I end up looking like! We should try everything after-all..
I am failing many lifts that I used to complete a few weeks back mainly because of dieting. It is really a hard thing, I have figured this out in a week!..
