This butt and thighs workout will show you how targeting the under butt, better known as the glute-ham tie in can tighten and tone the back of legs. What’s the under butt? It’s the part of the lower glutes and upper back of thighs also sometimes called the butt-thigh. Targeting the underbutt can be a challenge but these exercises are ideal for doing just that.

These exercises for growing the underbutt hit butt and thighs but laser target the under butt area. For each of these butt and thighs exercises do 10-12 reps before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this underbutt workout. If you are more advanced, you can do 3-4 rounds of this workout for growing the underbutt.
