Hey guys! This is another raw leg workout, again struggling so hard lmao. I hope you guys enjoy the workout & also a little talk at the end about doing what scares you! Love you guys and thank you so much for watching! xoxo

Leg Workout:
– Sumo deadlifts – 3 warm up sets, 3 working sets.
– Hip thrusts – 4 x 20 (10 weighted and 10 body weight)
– Super set: RDL (3 x 12) with banded sumo KB squats (3 x 12)
– Super set: RDL with one leg on bench (3 x 12 each leg) with Bulgarian split front squats (3 x 12 each leg)
– Lying hamstring curl – 3 x 10 negatives (quick up, slowly let down)
