Theraband also called resistance bands used for strength training and rehabilitation in Physiotherapy exercise program. These bands are color coded. Different colors represents different resistance.
Simple to use and their light weight allows people to easily carry them if travelling and continue with routine sessions for strength training.
For people who wants exercise or workout for weight loss and strengthening purposes, these bands are very useful starting with Black, Silver and Gold increase in resistance respectively.
Dr. Varun Wasil (PT) designed number of exercises with Resistance Bands as a fitness program. Some of the exercises shown in video are as follows:-
