Although the TRX suspension trainer is easy to set up and use, you want to make sure you do it right from the beginning. I often see people using TRX wrongly, this negates the effectiveness of many of the exercises and can also lead to injury.

In this video with Omar, we talk about the importance of your initial set up position and also not putting too much weight on the TRX straps or using your upper body excessively. The single leg squat exercise is designed to work your lower body and legs.

The TRX single leg squat is a pretty tough exercise but there are ways you can make it easier or more difficult, without getting it wrong!!
