I genuinely just always enjoyed stretching and find it so beneficial for my body. Highly recommend including it in your workout routine if you haven’t yet!
A few things to keep in mind:
1. Consistency is key. If you want to see results you have to stretch regularly (can be done at home or gym)
2. Wear no shoes or soft, flexible shoes
3. Warm up before stretching
4. Breathe comfortably. Don’t hold your breath while you’re stretching.
