Yoga Fit With Weights (45 Min) Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga



This yoga fitness class is an energizing and strength building yoga class, which can be practiced with or without weights. This is a vinyasa yoga class with familiar postures throughout. Adding weights to this practice gives you an opportunity to further build strength and steadiness with light reps.

Upper body strengthening includes shoulder presses, chest presses, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and more. Lower body strengthening includes holding poses like crescent lunge, warrior 2, prayer squat and adding dips and pulses as well as glute work at the end. Core and full body strengtheners include plank, forearm plank and plank variations, push-ups, sit ups, elbow to knee taps. Enjoy this fun, challenging and fast moving yoga class!
