**This Workout Consists Of:

12- Lunges each side
12- Jumping Jacks
12- Jump Squats
12- Long Jumps
12- One-Leg Heel Raises each side
12- One-Leg Hops each side
12- Jumping Jacks
12- Pistol Squats each side
12- Crunches
12- Leg Lifts
12- Bicycle Crunches
12- Reverse Crunches
12- Push-Ups
15 Second Plank
12- Glute Kickbacks each side
12- Donkey Kicks each side
1 Minute Wall Sit
***Each exercise had a 30 second break in between***
