FREE BARRE STYLE ARM WORKOUT - 5 Best Arm Toning Exercises BARLATES BODY BLITZ



No more arm flab! Here are my 5 best exercises for toning your arms. You will be doing 1 minute of each exercise with 10 seconds rest between exercises. Repeat the circuit as many times as you can until your arms are totally fried! For best results use this workout 3 times a week and you will have the defined, chiseled arms you’ve always dreamed of.

The exercises are:
1. Arm Circles
2. Straight arm hinged lateral raises
3. Alternating elevated biceps curls
4. Wide and narrow push ups
5. Triceps dips

The equipment needed: light hand weights, mat

Fitness level: All levels
