-Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
-Standing Dumbbell Side/Shoulder Lateral Raises
-Upright Cable Rows
-Seated Shoulder Shrugs
-Tricep Pulldowns
-Standing One Arm Tricep Extensions
-Standing Bar/Bicep Curls
-Seated Dumbbell Curls
*Optional BUT HIGHLY recommended: Forward AND Reverse Wrist Curls (Standing or Seated)
