Tone Your Shoulders / Full Workout
Hey Lovely people!
Here is one of my fav shoulder workouts that will leave you feeling some type of way! SORRY the auto is bad in this video I have ordered a mic so hopefully next time it will be louder for you!
Workout below:
WARM UP:
1. Side raises 20 reps
2. Front raises 20 reps
3. Stretches
4. 360 degree barbell rotations
5. REPEAT TWICE
6. Dumbbell press 20 reps
WORKOUT:
1. Press with time under tension 10 reps 4 sets each arm
2. Dumbbell press 12 reps 4 sets
3. Drop set side raises 10 reps,12 reps 4 sets
4. Side raise with pinky in air 12 reps 4 sets
5. Superset face pulls and front raises 10-12 reps each 4 sets
6. Hangs 1 minute with 10-12 front raises 4 sets
FINISH: 10 minutes HIIT on treadmill 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off!
