A great arm workout for beginners! If your an absolute beginner you may do this routine with no weight starting out and as you progress you can start adding light handheld weights. Advanced students will also benefit but must add heavier weight like 5 pounds and up.
Aim for 3 sets of each exercise at least 15 reps
