Ben Minos holds university degrees in both Physiotherapy and Applied Sciences (Human Movement) and has 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

He is also qualified in a certificate of Sports Nutrition through ISSN and has authored a book on nutrition as well as co authored Australia’s very first Kettlebell Instructor Certification Course.

As well as competing in Bodybuilding for a number of years, Ben has also prepped a number of athletes for the competition stage.

He works in Brisbane, Australia combining both physiotherapy and training / nutrition principles to help clients achieve their goals and rehabilitate from injury.
