In this vlog I take you through the first 2 and a half days of my road trip! I vlogged my Chicago adventures, 2 workouts and how I am doing with intuitive eating as well as my meals along the way! No equiptment workout!
Circuit 1: Repeat 3 times
10 burpees with no push-up (dumbbells oprional)
12 close grip tricep push-ups
15 kettlebell swings
30 bycicke crunches
15 in and out squat jumps

Circuit 2: Repeat 4 times
45 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds plank with side to side hip taps
26 body weight walking lunges (dumbbells optoonal)
20 commandos (forearm plank to hands)
45 second plank

25 minutes steady state cardio on spin bike
