after those Beyond Scared Straight series decided to start Working out and Turning my life around hope I can help some of you to do the same as well.
Started working out in April when I started was around 120-125 pounds at 5foot7 Was always very skinny and with all the smoking I was doing was even harder to gain weight or muscle
The reason why I name my workouts with N1 N2 N3 etc it’s so you can see what weight and how many reps I was lifting and how fast
I Progressed in the gym

I was Born in South America but now living in Europe
I workout pretty much every day with 1 day off a week
I focus mostly on compound exercises rather than isolation

I workout at home and film my videos there slowly started buying stuff and creating a home gym on a budget
If you need help gaining weight or losing weight / Fat just message me I will share my experience and what worked for me.
as far as my diet goes me being an ectomorph hard for me to put weight so I can get away with eating fast foods
and other high calories but I do drink a lot of Liquids
and also there are few foods/drinks that will help you either gain weight fast or lose weight fast
if you interested in knowing supplements I’m taking just go ahead and ask=)
But mostly consists of
Creatine
Weight Gainer with high protein
as far as pre-workouts I’m trying few different ones
but from my experience so far natural Coffe and some dark chocolate work great =)
What happened to beyond Scared Straight episodes?
they finished in 2015 kept few up in my channel for some of you that still like watching them
but they are over and I did enjoy watching them as well =)
