Get more workout programs at russhowepti.com – This leg workout is a test! Lots of squats, plenty of reps and some heavy stiff leg deadlift sets make SCRAMBLED LEGS a leg workout you can use time and time again when your muscle building routine gets a bit stale.

IMPORTANT: Always warm up before training hard!

Full workout below:

1) Leg Extension 4 sets of 15 reps
2) Lying Leg Curl 4 sets of 15 reps
3) Barbell Squat 8 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8, 20 reps
** Get heavier in weigh as you go. For the last set, re-use the same weight you used for the 2nd set and find a way to squeeze those 20 out.
4) Stiff Leg Deadlift 4 sets of 6-8 reps
5) Hack Squat x20 – Superset! – Kettlebell Swing x20 (3 sets)
6) Smith Machine Lunges x12 – Superset! – Bench Step Ups x10 (3 sets)
7) Leg Extension x8 – Superset! – Lying Leg Curl x8 (5 sets)
