I say forget the jumping jacks and ‘jump start’ your leg workout with a little jolt by throwing down some dunks. If you can’t dunk a basketball, but you want a killer leg workout you could try a tennis ball, or just touch the rim, net, or backboard repeatedly. This is a very practical leg workout that will complement weight training, and since it helps you with your coordination it is especially important if you want to work on your jumping or dunking ability. No point to building leg muscles if you can’t put them to good use. I just did this as a warm up for my leg training day, will be uploading the actual meat and potatoes of my leg training soon so be sure to subscribe!
