Little leg workout 💪🏼
. – Bulgarian split squat jumps: 3×15 (these will burn) – Corgi squats (LOL): 3×20 (I recommend doing these before your workout just to get you warmed up) – Lateral lunges: 3×15
– Goblet Squats w/ resistance band: 3×20. One of my fave exercises. Go slow on the way down (eccentric). Keep your knees pointed out. Resistance bands can be found on #fitness
