Warmup:
Alternativ 1: 5-10 min treadmill walk
Alternativ 2: 5-10 min biking
Alternativ 3: 5-10 min crosstrainer

Exercises:
1. Hip thrusters in Leg kick machine 4set x 15-20reps
Superset with
2. Resistance band side kicks 4set
3. Sumo deadlifts w/squeeze 3set x 12-15reps
4. Hips thrusters DROPSET w/ weight plate 3set x 12-15reps
5. Cable “pull through” 4set x 12reps
6. 2 different angles abductor machine 3set x 12-15reps

So this is the part two of this butt workout series “Bigger booty without growing legs – project bootybuilding” , which is about growing and defining your booty / glutes without growing your legs. My goal is to activate the my glutes to the max and minimize the activation of my leg muscles.
