FST-7 training is a special type of training designed by Hamy Rambod who is the world renowned trainer to Jeremy Buendia and Phil Heath. (Both Mr. Olympia winners.)
This type of training is awesome for naturally skinny guys because it will unleash some new gains and help you reach your genetic potential and overcome any muscle building plateaus that you are currently facing.
It’s very important to switch up your training routine if you want to continue building muscle mass year after year – and FST-7 training is my favorite.
In today’s video I decided to blast the biceps and triceps with Fascia Stretch training. The science behind this training is that it makes the fascia tissue on top of the muscle “more flexible and pliable” which helps the muscle to grow bigger and faster.
We all have our genetic limitations with muscle growth and this is one of the unique tricks that helps guys overcome these genetic limitations very easily.
I put together this effective FST-7 biceps and triceps workout so you can get bigger arms.
I encourage you to do this workout 1-2 times per week to bring up your arms.
What do you think of this type of training? Let me know in the comments below if you want me to cover any other muscle groups!
