Okay, so today I’m going to go over with you how to do a crab dip. Now it’s a little different, you don’t see guys do this often. A crab dip is literally like when you were a little kid walking around like a crab on all fours. But it’s great for your triceps and a lot of people don’t realize that. A crab dip is primarily a tricep exercise. It’s just like a, a regular dip in the muscles that it works, only your body is on the floor. You’re gonna keep your butt up, so you’re using gravity as weight here. So crab position, like the little kid walking around, you’re here. Now to do the dip you gotta make sure that your fingers are facing in. So your finger are gonna face your butt. Your elbows are gonna stay in closer to your body, not flared out, and you’re gonna lower your body down to the ground. Okay, don’t let your butt touch and when you come up, squeeze your triceps. Now this is great again as a finishing exercise, cause it puts a lot of focus directly on your triceps. And it’s a bit, it’ll just burn you out so much faster than anything else. Body weight exercises are surprisingly difficult and a lot of guys don’t realize that. They tend to jump straight to a machine, or to a, a rack, or a bench. But you can do a lot with just a body weight workout. That’s part of a body weight workout. And that pumped my triceps up in a matter of 5 seconds. So that is a basic crab dip.
