This is a follow up video with my personal results from using Blood Flow Restriction Training in my arm workouts.

My arms have always been a stubborn body part for me, so anything that I can do to help spur on some new growth safely and naturally will be a big plus, and that’s why I’m trying BFR occlusion training.

One thing I can say after only having done 4 workouts with Blood Flow Restriction is that I’m getting the most intense muscle pumps that I’ve ever gotten. No other style of training even comes close to the degree of pumping as much blood into the muscles as occlusion training does.

Now whether or not that actually carries over into real world muscle growth, we’ll wait and see, but for now it looks (and feels) promising.

I’ll make another follow up video to this one in a couple weeks time sharing more of my results and feedback about this style of training, so keep an eye out for that coming soon.
