This is a great move for at home or at the gym since you just need body weight and a dumbbell. This move works Quads, Glutes and Hamstrings. Keep your weight back on your heels, keep feet out slightly wider than shoulder width apart, and toes pointed out to the sides. Keep your shoulders up and back. Sit back as though you are sitting in a chair. Keep abs and core tight. Include 3-4 sets of 12 – 15 repetitions into your legs training day. Thanks for watching!
