Welcome to the BOUNCE Series. A fun series of workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. You will perform cardio exercises as well as use the rebounder for unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. If you don’t have a rebounder you can still perform all of these exercises on the floor.

In Bounce Barre you will alternate high energy cardio intervals with target toning barre exercises for lower body and arms. Performing traditional barre squats and tucks on the unstable surface of the rebounder is very challenging and gets all your muscles firing. For some of the exercises you will need something to hold on to as this one really challenges your balance! There are lots of traditional barre exercises for upper and lower body as well as old school cardio moves that will spike your heart rate and burn fat fast. There’s heaps of variety so the time will fly past and you will definitely burn a ton of calories in under an hour. There is a nice, lengthening stretch at the end too!
