BARRE WORKOUT: LEAN LEGS & ARMS
This BARRE SCULPTING workout uses a mini ball and a light set of dumbbells to work the UPPER & LOWER BODY. Warm up with standing plies, squats and side bends. Progress to leg sculpting exercises using the mini ball to targets glutes, quadriceps, inner thighs and hamstrings. Using dumbbells you will target the shoulders, biceps, back, and triceps. Then you will combine upper and lower body exercises for a full body blast. Get ready to work!
